What does "one search across all suppliers" mean?
On the On Demand plan, when your customer searches a city we check RateHawk, WebBeds and Hotelbeds at the same time and show the results in one list. The same hotel might be $15 cheaper on one supplier, and your customer sees that without anyone doing extra work.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. If you can use Facebook, you can run your site. Bookings, deals, blog posts and prices are all managed from a dashboard built for agency owners, not programmers.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. From the Professional plan up, your site runs on your own domain (youragency.com) with SSL included. On Basic you start with a free subdomain.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Stripe with 3D Secure for international cards, Safepay for Pakistan (PKR), and MyFatoorah for the Gulf on the On Demand plan. Your customers pay the way they already trust.
How do hotel rates and availability work?
All rates come live from the suppliers you connect: RateHawk, WebBeds, TBO and Hotelbeds. You set your own markup, so your margin is always yours to control.
Is my agency data isolated from others?
Completely. Every agency runs as its own tenant with separate data, settings and branding. Nobody else can see your bookings, customers or prices.
